Our beans are sourced from around the world and right here in our own backyard!

This is our backyard. We are lucky enough to live in a sub tropical haven that receives abundant rainfall and has rich volcanic soils. The beans from this region are typically the K7 variety although I am in touch with growers who will be testing some of the older “Bourbon” strains over the next few crops.

Although small in output, this area produces some highly valued bean, naturally low in caffeine and dynamic in the cup.

If you know someone who grows coffee in Australia and they would like to sell their bean we are especially interested in purchasing sustainably produced parchment, preference is given to dry processed, hand harvested product.
